- You have a 15 day return/exchange policy and once the order exceeds that time frame, unfortunately we cannot exchange any items.
- To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. REMEMBER- ****Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
- ****ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE!! No refunds or exchanges.
Please be aware that all orders are processed within 48 business hours (NOT including weekends, sales, holidays). Orders generally ship within 2-3 business days after purchase (excludes custom items). Processing time is separate from shipping time. Please allow an additional 3 business days from processing time for custom orders. If you order contains regular inventory and custom items, all items will be shipped together.
All orders placed on Friday after 12:00 p.m. EST will begin processing on the following Monday.
Forever young is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to).
- Do you offer refunds?
No, We don't offer refunds. You can make an exchange if you are having issues with your item. We also do allow store credit.
- How can I cancel my order?
We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible! While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed, you are welcome to return your items in accordance with our return policy once your order has been delivered to you.
- I forgot to use my discount code while checking out. Can I apply it after my purchase?
Orders that have already been placed cannot be changed and discounts cannot be added after a purchase has finalized. Instead, please use your code on your next purchase!
